Sell on Mercado Libre without relocating, without hidden costs, without surprises
The full cycle: registration, logistics, warehousing, sales, marketing, and getting your profit back home. We work until it produces a result.
Honest and out in the open
We do not like seeing people ripped off. We disclose every expense line by line: import duties, marketplace commissions, shipping, taxes. There are no hidden fees. If you change your mind, we return the unspent funds.
We are here — and there
The contract is signed with our company outside Russia and is governed by international commercial law. All settlements are in US dollars. In Argentina, a team with local citizenship and our own warehouse; in Brazil, people with local citizenship. In the other four countries we open the company per project and work through local contractors; we say so plainly on each country's page.
Turnkey, end to end
We bring the goods in, clear customs, put them in the warehouse, list them on the marketplace, set up the advertising, collect the revenue, and transfer it to you. Your part is choosing the product.
Flexible structures
From a test batch to a network of companies across several countries. Start small and scale as the market proves itself.

Client dashboard: everything is visible
The complaint about contractors always sounds the same: "no idea where the money went." So we keep the whole calculation open, not just the bottom line.
- Landed cost of the batchPurchase, freight, insurance, import duty, and customs clearance, per SKU.
- Marketplace feesCategory selling fee, fixed fee on low-priced items, VAT on the commission.
- Last-mile logisticsShipping, order handling, returns.
- TaxesWhat was paid in the country of sale and how much of it comes back.
- Advertising and marketingMarketplace budget and external channels, where they are running, at market rates.
- Net profit and your shareThe figure the payout is calculated from. The same formula as in the contract and in the calculator on this site.
| Line item | Share of revenue |
|---|---|
| Marketplace revenue | 100% |
| Purchase, freight, insurance | 32.6% |
| Import duty and customs clearance | 8.2% |
| Marketplace commission and fixed fee | 15.0% |
| Delivery to buyer and returns | 11.1% |
| Advertising | 6.1% |
| Taxes in the country of sale | 7.4% |
| Net profit | 19.6% |
An example of the report structure: the shares are illustrative. For your product we calculate with the actual rates of the country and the category. Every line in the dashboard opens down to the documents: invoice, customs declaration, marketplace report.
Alexei Slepenkov
founder, legal representative of the companies in Latin America
An Argentine citizen. I run a blog about critical thinking, taking apart fraud schemes and popularizing science, with an audience of 120,000+ people. In clients' companies I serve as legal representative personally, up until the seller obtains residency and can run it themselves.
Someone who spends years publicly dismantling other people's scams cannot afford a murky scheme in his own project. That is exactly why everything here is open: expenses, commissions, documents.
The questions we get most often
Do I need a company in Latin America?
Who do I sign the contract with?
How do I get the money?
Who picks the product?
How much money do I need to start?
How long does launch take?
What if the product does not sell?
What about CFC rules? Will I have a controlled foreign company?
Can I take the business over myself?
Who runs the company while I do not have residency?
