Partnership: sell on Mercado Libre through our account
We work through our company and our account. You need no legal entity, no bank account, and no accounting in the country of sale. Sales start 1–2 weeks after your goods arrive at the warehouse.
Who it's for
- Sellers already running on marketplaces at home who want to test Latin America without building a structure.
- Sellers ready to invest in a test batch but with no legal entity in the country of sale.
- Sellers who don't want to wait two months for company registration — they want the goods selling as soon as they reach the warehouse.
How it works
You choose the product
You pick the product and the supplier — you know your category better than we do. On our side, we look at what sells on the platform and at what price, and we run the numbers.
We collect the cargo and ship it
We arrange freight, insurance, and customs. The goods arrive at our warehouse in Buenos Aires and you receive a check-in photo report.
We list it on the platform
Spanish-language listings built for local search queries, photos, pricing. We sell from our account.
We sell and grow the account
We process orders, manage pricing and advertising, handle buyer messages, and deal with returns.
We report and pay out
Your client dashboard shows every cost: import duties, marketplace commission, delivery, taxes. Net profit is split as agreed and transferred in US dollars — SWIFT transfer or crypto (USDT).
What you get
- Speed: no two-month company registration required. Sales start 1–2 weeks after the goods reach the warehouse — that's how long check-in, listings, and getting into search results take.
- No company to maintain: the legal entity, the bank account, and the accounting are not yours.
- Transparency: every financial flow is in the client dashboard.
- Room to scale: when you want your own company, we move the sales over to it.
What it costs
A fixed fee for bringing in the test batch and launching sales, then a share of net profit. Taxes in the country of sale are paid by us and are already deducted from the profit you see. We calculate the exact quote for your product within 24 hours.
Taxes: taxes and levies in the country of sale are paid by us and deducted from the reported profit.
Tax residency at home: when CFC obligations arise and when they don't
Worth settling before the contract, not after the first payout. The answer depends on the scheme.
No obligations arise
The company in the country of sale is owned by us. You do not end up owning a foreign company — which means no notification of participation in a foreign organization and no controlled foreign company (CFC) reporting in your country of tax residency. You work under a contract and receive the money under it. That's exactly why most sellers start with the partnership.
All cross-border trade payments run through us: we pay for logistics and customs, collect and repatriate the revenue from the platform, and hand you the profit — in US dollars, SWIFT transfer or crypto (USDT), as agreed. Cross-border payments for goods, freight, and customs are on us: you do not open accounts abroad and do not deal with payment routing.
Disclaimer. This is not tax advice and we do not replace a tax adviser. The specific obligations, deadlines, and amounts are worked out for your situation — we introduce you to an adviser while you're choosing the scheme.

Who the partnership suits and how it is set up
Partnership is the option for a first entry into the market, when testing a hypothesis with an expensive legal structure makes no sense. Our company imports the goods, clears customs, and sells them from its own account: you need no legal entity in the country of sale, no bank account, no registered importer status, and no local accounting.
The cost consists of a fixed fee for bringing in the test batch and launching sales, plus a share of net profit. We send the quote for your product within 24 hours. No hidden fees: every cost on the batch is itemized in the dashboard, including duties, marketplace commission, delivery to the buyer, and taxes.
Timing: sales start 1–2 weeks after the goods reach the warehouse. This is the fastest of the four options — by comparison, registering your own company takes around two months for the legal part alone. If the market responds, the scheme can be changed: the procedure for moving to your own legal entity, along with the transfer of sales, seller reputation, and trademark, is written into the contract in advance.
The scheme has one limitation, and it's worth knowing up front: the seller account and the reputation built on it belong to our company. While you're testing the niche that isn't a problem, but once volume grows it makes sense to move to your own legal entity. A comparison of both schemes by money, timing, and risk is in the blog.
