The contracting company
The contract is signed with our company outside Russia and is governed by international commercial law. All settlements are in US dollars.
The Argentine side
A local taxpayer imports the goods, pays the taxes, runs the warehouse, and sells on the platform. Under Partnership that side is ours; under Your own company it is yours, opened in your name. Until you obtain residency, the legal representative is Alexey Slepenkov personally.

- The contract, the invoice, and the closing documents come from our company outside Russia, in US dollars.
- The goods are imported and sold by the local company: you don't need to open a legal entity abroad.
- The profit reaches you in US dollars — SWIFT transfer or crypto (USDT), as agreed.
- The settlement route, the conversion rate, and the payout schedule are fixed in the contract before work starts.
